Sylvan-Elves

The Sylvan or Wood-Elf Population, centers around the forest of Dimwood & the ancient tree-city of Vylmirix, though smaller enclaves, settlements & nomadic bands are found elswhere in the world. V'lyn-T'Var are of the secondborn & descended from the younger elf-lines who did not choose a side in the Schism or elf-wars of old, & instead fled to the south to hide in the great forests, making allies of the faeries & other wood-spirits there for protection. Wood-elf Players operate as normal elves with the following adj: +1 w/ short-bow/ if in non-metal armor gains halfling woodland abilities & the ability to move silently 1/4 speed while doing so / -1 Cha./ must be of neutral alignment/ cannot wear heavier than scalemail/
They are of smaller stature than the other elves, usually copper, black or brown haired & always green eyed.
