Hmm again...  I would definately make it 'Gnomish' in this milieu considering the gnomes (attempt to) maintain a tight monopoly on almost all 'technology' on this continent. Regardless & even so, though a dwarf may have thought of it & perhaps even financed it. Most likely a Gnome would have designed, machined & constructed it in most any 'traditional' campaign setting. |
